Saccomanno Valuation Group, LLC (SVG) builds on the foundation established by Michael A. Saccomanno. Since 1996, Mr. Saccomanno has dedicated his career to forensic accounting by working with one of the largest forensic accounting firms out of their Philadelphia office. In 2001, he decided to open his own forensic accounting firm, Saccomanno & Associates, LLC located in Southern New Jersey.

 

SVG is routinely requested to speak to attorneys, Judges, and business owners on various topics within our respected field.  Additionally, Mr. Saccomanno has authored various articles within the forensic accounting field.

Michael Saccomanno, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, CDFA

Michael A. Saccomanno, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, CDFA is the managing partner of Saccomanno Valuation Group, LLC located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Michael has dedicated his career to the forensic accounting field with a concentration in business valuations, dispute resolutions, economic mediations, and fraud investigations. Michael is routinely engaged by the area’s top attorneys as well as being appointed by various Courts to analyze, investigate, report on, and/or mediate financial disputes involving individuals and corporations

Fred Bucci, CPA/ABV, CVA

Fred is a manager at SVG and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of New Jersey. Additionally, Fred holds the Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The ABV credential is the designation of a premier business valuation service provider which is obtained through education and experience. Fred is also holds the credential of a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Since joining SVG in 2005, Fred has been involved in numerous engagements focusing on consulting in business valuation and litigation support service. These engagements include; buying or selling a business, buy/sell agreements, Federal Estate taxation and planning, Family Limited Partnerships (FLP), equitable distribution proceedings (marital dissolution), shareholder disputes, loss of income, and fairness opinions.

Fred retired from the New Jersey State Police in 2004 after 31 years of service with the rank of Major. As a Major, he was designated the Chief Financial Officer and Commander of the Administration Section. He also was a member of the Board of Trustees for the State Police Retirement System and served as the Chairperson.

After retiring from the State Police, Fred was employed by the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation as an Investigative Accountant. He was responsible for conducting complex financial investigations; cases that were criminal in nature were referred to the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice for prosecution. Additionally, Mr. Bucci was assigned to identify systemic problems in New Jersey State Government that may warrant public hearings before the Commission to recommend changes to the appropriate authorities.

Mr. Bucci received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rutgers University, Camden, N.J., and majored in accounting. He was certified as a public accountant in January of 2000.

Wesley Holmgren, CPA, CVA

Wes is an accountant at Saccomanno Valuation Group, LLC. He graduated from The College of New Jersey (formerly known as Trenton State College) where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy in 2005.

After graduating, Wes sat for and successfully passed each test of the New Jersey Certified Public Accountant Exam. After the exam, Wes was employed with The Virtus Group, LLC, a tax accounting firm located in Princeton, NJ which specializes in tax and business services for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

In April of 2006, Wes joined the SVG team where he handles incoming business valuation engagements and offers litigation support. These engagements include: buying or selling a business, buy/sell agreements, Federal Estate taxation and planning, Family Limited Partnerships (FLP), equitable distribution proceedings (marital dissolution), shareholder disputes, loss of income, and fairness opinions.

Including internships, Wes has over 5 years of various accounting experience. His professional skills include proficient use of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Business Valuation Manager Pro and extensive knowledge in tax services.
